Apple DEP Program

Hi there,   We are trying to deploy Apple's Device Enrolment Program (DEP) and require AT&T DEP Reseller ID to complete the registration. I have contacted my account manager and he has no idea what I am talking about. Hoping someone here can help. Thanks

How many times do we have to have the exact same issue before something is actually done about the issue....

I have the same issue, again.  I was able to get AT&T to do this once and a change in account information has left us at step one, with everyone claiming to be clueless.

I didn't see an answer for this, so hopefully someone can help me out.

 

I have the DEP program setup and even have the AT&T part setup.  I need the "look back" setup, specifically my prior-purchased devices loaded into DEP.

 

My rep is telling me it will take 60+ days.  That just sounds unreasonable.....

 

Somehow I have a feeling that in 2 months I will get an excuse of "oops, I forgot to request it"....  And I don't have 2+ months to wait for my MDM deployment.

 

Can anyone tell me how long it REALLY TAKES???

Hello there,

 

I have enrolled into Apple MDM, I've found an At&t form to fill out, but it says I have to send to an AT&T Sales Representative, but I don't have AT&T Sales Representative. I've always bought my devices using At&t Premier website or sometimes I've called At&t at 800-331-0500. 

 

To whom should I send the Device Enrollment Enablement Program – Participant Request Form if I don't have a Sales Rep? 

It's a small company under 99 employees.
