Emails From SendGrid IP Address Blocked
Hi,
Our application uses SendGrid with a dedicated IP address to send email addresses on behalf of our users. We've received the error message
REASON: 553 5.3.0 alph748 DNSBL:RBL 521< 159.183.109.35 >_is_blocked. For assistance forward this error to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net
For following domains:
- @att.net
- @sbcglobal.net
- @ameritech.net
- @bellsouth.net

Have you emailed the RBL Address? It typically takes 5-7 business days.

Yes, I had sent an email, and have got a reply from them about it.
Seems like the issue is resolved, as no complaints received yet.
