Our company is a member of ATT Premier. I'm trying to get access to our Premier account so we can make some changes/upgrades with several of our users. I'm unable to access our account. ATT Abuse RBL not unblocking our IP

We've been reporting this and getting the auto reply for months and still we are not getting unblocked. We are not in any blacklists and never have been.
