FAN PIN for adding wireless account to business internet account
We have a business internet account associated with an on-line profile. We recently added a cellular data plan for a WiFi hotspot. I would like to be able to make a payment on the cellular plan some day. In order to do so, I believe I need to add that cellular data plan to the on-line profile. When I try to go through the process, I am asked for a phone number and a zip code. I have the fake phone number from an early email so I enter that and our billing zip code. After that is accepted, I am prompted for a FAN PIN. I have a FAN PIN from another old email, but it does not appear to be correct. Is there a way to have the FAN PIN reset so I can get the account associated with the on-line profile?

In a move that was consistent with AT&T's absurd handling, the Direct Message was closed within a short period of time so I was unable to reply (about 2 days later).
In the interim, I am now receiving warning emails that the account is overdue and subject to disconnect. Of course, there's no way to make a payment...
