Problems with "Pay Bills Online..." page

I am using Windows 7 64 bit with Internet Explorer 11 (and occasionally Google Chrome). I generally check the "Pay Bills Online and Manage Your AT&T Account" page once a month to pay my bill. The "New and Improved" (March - April 2016) website is anything but.

 

Once logged in, the top of the "Pay Bills Online and Manage Your AT&T Account" page looks like this:

Overview | Billing, Usage, Payments | Home Phone | Profile | My Orders | Digital Life

 

The "Overview" tab is almost completely non-functional with Internet Explorer. Hovering the cursor over any of the tab labels causes it to change (very slowly) from the pointer to the hand icon and back several times. You have to time it out just right to follow any link. Logging out from the "Overview" tab is nigh impossible. The other tabs do not display this behaviour. These problems are not evident when browsing the site with Google Chrome.

 

I suggest that the IT department (webmasters) at att.com take this back to the drawing board. I know of no way other than this forum to address my concerns to AT&T. There is no "Website" area to post topics, so this is being posted to the "Business Forums".

I have been having the same problem for the past several months but I am using Safari.  I have followed every link that the att business website directed to, with the same dead end results:  

 

"Safari can't find the Server: Safari Can't open the page "https://smb.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute" because Safari can't find the server "smb.att.com".

 

I have had to call the stupid telephone# and pay my bill by phone (which doesn't always work either, because the machine doesn't recognize voice nor keyed numbers). This is No Way to run a Business website. Please have someone fix the stupid website, this has gone on for long enough.

The last few times that I logged in, the website ran smoothly. The "New and Improved" page no longer shows up, and the links all work as they had before the improvements were put in place. I will consider this problem 'solved'.

I can not open our business account billing on my email. It say Access to your business phone internet and u-verse accounts is temporarily unavailable this has been like this ever since I was sent the statment. I can't pay the bill if I can't access it
