Unblock SendGrid IP Address Request
Hello,
I own a small business in Western NY and we use a dedicated IP address with SendGrid to send our automated emails to clients. AT&T is blocking all the emails sent from our IP and we are receiving the following message:
"553 5.3.0 flph828 DNSBL:RBL 521< 50.31.47.21 >_is_blocked. For assistance forward this error to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net"
We do not send spam, we have Unsubscribe options on our website as well as in our emails, and this is severely damaging our business. I have tried emailing abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net 3 times over the last 10 months and have not received a response.
If someone can help with this, please unblock our IP address: 50.31.47.21
Thank you in advance.

Have you sent that error to the RBL team? It can take up to 7 days to get a response.

Hello Chris,
Yes, I have. I have sent them an email 3 times over the last 10 months and have not received a reply. I receive the auto-reply email confirming my message has been received, but I have not received a follow up after that.
Can you bring this to someone's attention that can help us? We have many AT&T email users as clients that cannot use our service because of this IP block.

I was advised this was already unblocked on 4/4. If you are getting an error, please send a current non-delivery report so we can further investigate.
