AT&T BusinessDirect® | Premier Login Issues
Unable to login to Premier website to upgrade phone. When I go through ATT wireless website to start upgrade I get sent to Premier website. Don't remember login or password, and premier website will not let me look them up.
Need help reseting or looking up login info.

I, too, am unable to login to my premier account. I cannot seem to provide the correct response. I have requested through my account rep to provide assistance with no resolution.
What path should be taken to reset the premier login password, outside of answering the reset password?

I'm unable to login, att sent me three passwords, and now the account that opened says I have no account. then told to log in at premier. talked to three different people on the phone. Still cant get into account. Help
