unfortunately when you try to follow these instructions, it tells you not to leave this info.  What is the problem with logging onto the Premier accounts?

Good luck getting a solution. We've been waiting over a week. Verizon is welcoming us back with open arms.

sounds about right for ATT. I've been on hold for over an hour now with their National Solutions team while the rep, his supervisor and the internal resolutions team works to fix the issue. (Or at least, that's the story I'm being fed ...).

AT&T ... when in doubt, leave the customer on hold until they disconnect and become someone else's problem.
