ATT Premier Login

I have been trying to Log in to my ATT Premier Account and it says "

The username or password supplied may not be valid. Please check the information you entered, and try again."
When I click reset password it gives the following error "

We couldn't find the username. Check your information and try again." Somebody Please help me I've been at this for the past 2 days.

I wanted to place orders and view my bill and now I cant login!!! 
Somebody please help!
