Cancel business service
Hello,
I need to cancel my business service and am getting very frustrated. Everytime I get on the phone with somebody, they give me the run around and then transfer me to somebody else and the same thing happens. I've been transferred now about 10 times without getting anywhere.
I do not have the login for our account. It was created by a previous employee that is no longer employed by the company so we don't have access to her email.
Please help me with cancelling my business mobile account in Pennsylvania.

Hi MarkAllen0305, there is a pending disconnect order in place. For further details regarding that order they would need to call our business office at 800-288-2020.

I cancelled my services under CITI Business plan , still I am receiving monthly bill for my IPad .
came to ATT store, call so many times , no help . Highly frustrating .
please help .

After spending hours trying to speak to a rep and entering my account number way too many times about a bill I received. I plan on canceling our cell phones and fiber. I guess I'll have to go to a store to do that.
