When I'm viewing the premier website and select upgrade I'm taken to the page listing all the phones with their 1 and 2 year contract pricing. I wanted the new Samsung Galaxy II with the 2yr contract pricing of $199.00 as opposed to the 1yr price of $299.00. When I select add to cart and then go to the page to select my data plan I choose it and right up to the point where I enter my credit card info I never see the discount applied to the price of the phone. It remains $299.00 Also to add insult to injury, ATT adds the $18.00 upgrade fee. I refuse to pay that and never have. What is going on? This should be a simple process. Also, if you are going to launch a new phone on a Sunday morning, does it not make sense to have sales reps available to customers to assist with their purchase?
