RE:   Premier:

I forgot my password and the answers to the security questions.  The tutorial said in that case I will have an opportunity to reset the securit questions by selecting the "reset" button on the security questions screen and then enter my email.  However, there is not "reset" button on the security question screen as the tutorial shows.

Suggestions?

How many hours of courses do I have to take to be able to simply login and view and pay my bill on this website since all of the links appear to be broken?  It took me 2 months to get someone on your support staff who was intelligent enough to get my logon information corrected.  I guess somewhere in the process they decided to just enroll me in automatic bill pay so it overdrew my bank account.  Now I can login but when I try to click on the links I just get 404 - Page Not Found error.  There was a pop up asking if I wanted to take a survey so I entered answers to the first 3 questions and clicked on Continue and it said the next page could not be loaded.  I've managed to get the auto bill pay turned off and have requested they send me a bill in the mail since the online page does not work.  If I can find a few hours a day to take courses in this University - will it actually show how any of this crap works?  If so why don't you get your employees to take it - became painfully clear that none of them knew how to get my account working.
