Fan Pin

I just purchased a phone on May 27th. I did all of this in store, the associate I worked with was extremely helpful, but I dont believe we created an account for me especially since I chose to pay my bill through auto pay, I wanted to check my account but It does not show up through my email, and it only shows through my number. While I tried to use my number it asks for a Fan Pin, which I dont have because either the account was made ? or the wrong email was used. I would like to log into my account. Is there anyway someone could help me ?
