Hi Thomas-

I've heard back from the technical team, and they're asking me to ask you what kind of AT&T accounts are your customer's/users having issues logging into? What is the error messages if different from the one you provided. This will be a big help in identifying what the issue is.

Thank you,

Hi Thomas,

The technical team is needing more information. They're asking what other services are your users/members unable to reach? Also, please provide a screenshot of that gateway 600 error.

Thank you,

Hi and good morning. We will need more specifics on what AT&T portals customers are not able to log into? We have quite a few.

Thank you,

Yes, each one of your members/users can contact AT&T at 1-800-331-0500. They will need to verify their accounts.

Thank you and have a great day!
