Need to see business contract information on line and not have to call AT&T representative on phone
Every time you have to renew contract you have to speak to AT&T customer service (which takes for ever to answer and wait 40-60 minutes on hold) if not renewed in time then they charge bill price without discount
Still we have to speak to customer service no other option ???
Look like AT&T is doing this purposefully to charge customer more by not answering AT&T customer service.
