Online Order Canceled

I just tried to order two of the free iphone 5 refurbs. I got a confirmation email thanking me for my order and what not. Then about 2 minutes later I get another email that I have pasted below. Can anyone tell me what the issue it please? All information I entered is correct.

i am also getting all of my orders cancelled with the following message

I ordered a Iphone 6 plus through the premier site and it just got cancelled after 8 WEEKS!!! No reason...just cancelled. Worst customer service experience EVER!!

Looks like none of these posts have been resolved.  I'm having the same problem wanting to upgrade to iphone6.  Getting iphone 5 was no problem.  I've been with AT$T 10+ yrs, bill is in good standing.  Still they can't verify my information,  and no reason given.  Really?

I have tried to get AT&T service for my iPhone but my order got canceled cause they couldn't identify my with my social security number. I know I have credit cause I use credit karma to monitor it. All I need is a new sim for my mobile share plan. I already have my own phone so what gives. I live on an island with no AT&T store and the nearest one is 2 hrs away. It should not be this hard.
