Online Order Canceled

I just tried to order two of the free iphone 5 refurbs. I got a confirmation email thanking me for my order and what not. Then about 2 minutes later I get another email that I have pasted below. Can anyone tell me what the issue it please? All information I entered is correct.

this is ridiculous that this is still happening to people. Me twice so far. Can't confirm my identity? I have you everything I needed. It isn't rocket science. All I'm trying to do is bring two devices to a new account. Help please?

I had exactly the same thing happen to me.  I've been a customer with A T & T for quite some time, and suddenly they can't confirmation my identification even though I entered both the password and pass code to get into my account in the first place.  I don't know what's going on with A T&T's software but there is something wrong with it.  I've been sent to the store as well, but I think I'm going to run into the same problem that they are not going to offer the same deals on the phones as they do online.  This is not only frustrating but a slap in the face to me.  But A T & T sure doesn't have a problem verifying who I am when I make a payment.

I ordered placed 4 orders from Cricket(a AT&T MVNO) website and they keep cancelling my orders saying they are unable to verify identity. Everything of my information is correct, so i don't understand and it's very frustrating. I can't go to a store because they don't have the same deal in the store as it is online.

The different cards used for placing the orders work fine with other merchants.

 

Probably the resolution you suggested to others on the forum will work for me too.

My order got canceled 3 times already!!! Because ATT could not verify my Identity. I spoke with poeple on chat more then 5 time (2 times with supervisors), called 2 times and went to physical location. Nobody (!) could help me with this issue. What is going on here? ATT doesn't want my money???  I don't understand. Can someone help me with this?
