Online Order Canceled

I just tried to order two of the free iphone 5 refurbs. I got a confirmation email thanking me for my order and what not. Then about 2 minutes later I get another email that I have pasted below. Can anyone tell me what the issue it please? All information I entered is correct.

I just had this same problem today after ordering an Iphone 6s. And I put down a 500 dollar deposit for a 544 dollar total and I either want a refund or help getting the actual device.

I helped out my neihbor and let him use my credit card to pay for his online order then att canceled it and my card still hasnt even been refunded and when i call they act like they have no records of it att is bogus i swear

Yelp! It happened to me too. I got 3 times cancelled with the email they can not verify information. And even when I did try transfer online my current phone number, it could not too, because the zip code invalid. This really bad system online. I so sad with this.

This has happened to me too. I am a new customer looking to get the IPhone 6s. I ordered it and everything was fine... then a cancellation message. Identity can't be verifies. Very frustrated. Should I spend my money elsewhere? Should I tell my friends and family about AT&T's problem with online orders? Just wondering...

I faced exactly the same problem. Order canceled because "We couldn't confirm your identity with the information you gave us, so we had to cancel your order. Don't worry. If there was a hold on your card, we'll release the funds soon. "

 

I tried three times. Last time I was on chat with agent. He promised me that will get passed. But still received order canceled. Very disappointing. Not expected this type of service from AT&T.

My orders have been canceledf three times. I found out that you needed to verify an email billing address. so the third time i tried to order i recieved the verify email and it said that I needed to enter an at&t number (which I didnt have) and an account number (which they didnt provide) so i contacted at&t and the support gave me an account number (after a 30 minute phone call) but guess what? when i entered the account number, it said:

"We can't link this account online right now.
Did you recently place an order? You can link your account as soon as the order is completed.Check your order status.
Need more help? Contact us
(SRAS120)"

so in short: I placed an order, they asked me to verify my email to get the order, but, they cant verify my email because they cant link my account until my order is complete which will never happen because i cant verify my email and the cycle repeats
