Order cancelled for no reason
I had 4 ATT coupons. I used them to place 4 orders.

After 2 days of placing the order, all the orders were cancelled:
Hi SHRINKHALA,
We couldn't confirm your identity with the information you gave us, so we had to cancel your order. Don't worry. If there was a hold on your card, we'll release the funds soon.

I have been trying to get a ATT representative on call for the past 7 days. But worst service ever. I am only being shunned from one department to another.
Some representative with this id no: *** tried helping me, but waste of my 2 hours.
Could someone help me with this?
