Premier Wireless User

I have been trying unsuccessfully for a week to sign into my premier account. I have been signed in before, only to be told by AT&T reps that was impossible, I need to have a business account.  When I tell the website I forgot my password it sends me an email saying I have an incomplete registration.. okay, so I go to registration, now I need a 5 digit PIN, which I don't know, and no one I call knows how to reset it because I don't have a business account. Per their own website I am a wireless user under my company that has access to premier.

So then I get transferred to consumer, who has no clue what Premier is. I can't re-register because my phone number isn't recognized and the website won't allow me to switch to typing in an email address to get a pin sent to me.  Can anyone please tell me what I can do in this situation? I've been on the phone with business, tech, consumer, signature verification, chatted with reps..
