Transfer personal phone number to business account
My company is willing to transfer my personal number to their business account. How do we do that.

Thank you for your message. Our National Business Solutions Center can help at 888-444-4410 M-F 8AM-8PM and Sat Sun 10-7PM EST. They would need to put a note on your personal account and then your company can call the same number to move it over to their account. Does this work for consumer Uverse LAN lines? ATT set up a business Uverse account for me last week to include telephone, internet and fax (only had business phone line originally). We have a separate consumer Uverse account in the same building with cable, internet and phone that we used for the business fax line. Now that we have the business suite, we want to have our old fax number associated with it and then close the consumer account altogether.
I was on the phone over three hours last night with att bouncing back from consumer and business loyalty, sales and customer service. I finally gave up at 10pm as they still don’t seem to know what to do or who takes the first action. HELP

Is there a number to call? On with ATT (hour #3 for today). They are now saying my fax number is not transferable to the new business account. Is there anybody who knows the process to help. This is not a mobile telephone issue, it is the physical lines at the business that I’m trying to resolve.
