business customer - need a human to interact with to understand the conflicting stories I'm getting from random phone calls to "support"

I'm an existing cell/ business internet customer, with an upcoming location change on my horizon.

I've attempted to email and call AT&T multiple times to discern what options exist for our new location in northwest hills, austin tx

I've gotten several different answers as to what service is available, what service is coming, and how to proceed.

Frankly, this is a pain and it shouldn't be this wobbly. I get y'all are a large organization.... and that complexity increases with scope and scale.

I also know that these are manageable problems...
