Business Outgoing Caller ID

I have a business wireless account, and currently the outgoing caller ID for all callers defaults to the business name (even though I’ve updated each individual line through the online portal). I need the outgoing caller ID to be the name of each individual user, NOT the business name. How can I make this happen? Can a knowledgeable AT&T representative help please?
