Centrex customer service
Why is the Centrex customer service phone number such a mystery??
In the last 2 weeks, I have spent over 2 hours trying to contact someone at AT&T about my long distance plan. When the rep discovers that I am a Centrex customer, they cannot help me and offer to transfer me to the Centrex department. It is the loop of hell...on hold, entering my phone number over and over, only to be transferred to another department that DOES NOT HANDLE Centrex.
I've had this plan from hell for 15 years, you would think that Kevin Kearney and the other business specialists that write me about my small biz solutions would know that the number is a Centrex number and direct me to the Centrex department.
Does anyone have this secret department number???

Hi PCH
We have been trying to contact Centrex for well over a month and have been unable to get a response. This goes beyond bad customer service and borders on fraud. We will be exploring legal options shortly.
