Long Distance Service
Dealing with AT&T is so frustrating. I have had several issues lately and the wait time is ridiculous, when they call you back you get transferred around to several other people and several times I have been disconnected, only to have to repeat the whole call all over again.
We have account codes that you must enter before you place a long distance call. It used to be very easy to get a code added, but not anymore! About a month ago I called to add a code and it is still not working called back today, got my return call only to be put on hold and then disconnected! How can this be that hard? AT&T customer service really needs some improvement!
