Our Customer Service Reps cant call AT&T customers
I'm a telephony technician for a local utility company. I was recently informed and tested that our customer care representatives are not able to contact a AT&T customer. Is their a form to fill out to prove our authenticity of the utilities main number to stop the block calls. This is a inconvenience to our customer especially for account purposes.
