Where can I get a list of USOCs and their meaning?
Every bill and CSR has a number of terms that are cryptic (my opinion) and undefined on the bill (fact). Where can I get a definition of the rudimentary codes (USOCs) that seem to be the building blocks of the billing?

Is this a closely guarded secret? I was asked to send a private message but I think the whole group would benefit from this information.
I found a CLEC website that lists those for the 12 states (Midwest, SoWest, West regions), but the SoEast region was not included in the link. (I had another link for that region from the same website but it requires access through tcp port 8888 which is not allowed through my firewall. Sorry, that's a little off topic.) In any event, is there any other location for these USOCs? I can check with IETF but as AT&T is my vendor, I thought you might be quicker to help a long time customer.
