Add a custom form to a shared pdvConnect contact

I was able to set up a custom form, but I’m not sure how to assign it to a shared contact. Does anyone know how?

You can assign a custom pdvConnect form by clicking the “Account Setup” tab and selecting “Shared Contacts”. Check out our tutorial, “Add a custom form to a shared contact using the pdvConnect web interface“ for step-by-step instructions.
