Check that a pdvConnect from AT&T user listened to a message

I recently sent my users an urgent message to change ensure that they are updating their system password. How can I tell if they have listened to it?

pdvConnect from AT&T includes a feature that allows you to verify if a user has listened to your messages. From the home screen, click on the “Command Center” and then on the “Communications Console” link. Take a look at our tutorial “Verify recipients listened to a message using the pdvConnect web interface” for more information.
