Create a schedule in pdvConnect from AT&T

We are extending our hours and I need to set up a new schedule for my workers. How do I do that in pdvConnect?

The schedule for pdvConnnect from AT&T can be created by clicking on the Account Setup tab, and clicking the Users link. Check out our tutorial “Creating location schedules using the pdvConnect web interface” for more information on creating a new schedule. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
