Edit the message purge settings in pdvConnect from AT&T

I was advised that pdvConnect includes settings to automatically delete messages when they reach a time limit. How do I enable this setting?

The purge settings in pdvConnect from AT&T can be accessed by clicking on the Account Setup tab at the top left of the home screen. You will then need to click on the Edit User(s) tab. See our tutorial “Edit purge message settings using the pdvConnect web interface” to see step-by-step instructions on accessing and editing the purge settings.
