Find a pdvConnect user
I’m looking to verify that one of my workers is registered for pdvConnect. What is the easiest way to do that?

Use the search function in pdvConnect to find users. To search for users click on “Account Settings” and then select “Users”. Check out our tutorial “Search for users using the pdvConnect web interface” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
