Line run o a new building
I have been trying for three weeks to get an AT&T line run to a new commercial office building. I have called the installation line several times and they always say no problem-service is available, however, when they show up they cannot install because AT&T has not run a line TO the building (there is nothing in the box). They always say I need construction & engineering but they do not have a number and no number is listed. How in the world do you get service to a new building (there is currently service less than 20' away at another building)?
