Remove a group member in pdvConnect from AT&T

I had a pdvConnect user transition to another area of our company. How do I remove them from our sales group?

To remove a user from a pdvConnect from AT&T group click on the “Accounts Setup” at the top left side of the page. Take a look at our tutorial “Delete a member of a group using the pdvConnect web interface” for a full set of instructions on removing users. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
