Run a Timekeeping Summary Report in AT&T Workforce Manager

I’m a new administrator for our AT&T Workforce Manager account, and I’m looking to see our user’s work hour totals. Does anyone know where I need to go in the system to pull that information up?

You can use the Timekeeping report to see when your AT&T Workforce Manager users clocked in and out and when they took their lunch breaks. To run the report, log in and click on Timekeeping in the menu on the left. Click on Reports and then use the options that display to select the desired report type, time frame, etc., and then click on the Run Report button. See our tutorial “Run a Timekeeping Summary report for all users with AT&T Workforce Manager” for more information. You can also visit asecare.att.com to see tutorials on the reports available in AT&T Workforce Manager.
