Sort message by color code in pdvConnect from AT&T
My IT person tagged some of my pdvConnect from AT&T messages with colors. I can see the different colors but can’t find the specific message I’m looking for. Anyone know what I can do to find it?

pdvConnect with AT&T allows you to tag messages with colors to designate message types. You can sort your messages by color code by clicking on the “Command Center” tab at the top left of the page. You can then click on “Communications Console” to view your messages. Take a look at our tutorial “Sort messages by color in the pdvConnect Communication Console” for more information.
