Sort messages by location in pdvConnect from AT&T
I need to see which messages were being sent from our techs. How do I look up messages from a specific location in pdvConnect from AT&T?

pdvConnect from AT&T includes many message filters including a location filter. To use this filter access the messages by clicking on the Command Center tab at the top left of the page, then clicking on the Communications Console link. The location filter can be found above the messages listed. Check out our tutorial “Sort messages by location in the pdvConnect Communication Console” for more information.
