Sort messages by status in pdvConnect from AT&T
I was advised by one of my users that they sent me a message, but I’m unable to find it. How can I see a group of unread messages in pdvConnect?

The Communications Console in pdvConnect from AT&T includes many filters including message status. To sort messages by status access the message list by clicking on the Command Center tab at the top left of the home screen, and then clicking on Communications Consoles. The filters can be found above the messages list. See our tutorial “Sort messages by status in the pdvConnect Communication Console” for more information.
