Sort pdvConnect from AT&T messages by text
I’m looking for a message but can’t remember who sent it or what the subject was. Can pdvConnect look at the message itself?

Yes, pdvConnect from AT&T includes many filter options for sorting through messages. This includes the ability to sort by the content of the message itself. To sort you must first access the message list by clicking on the Command Center tab at the top left of the home screen. You can then click on Communications Console. The filters can be found above the messages list. Check out our tutorial “Sort messages by text in the pdvConnect Communications Console” for more information on sorting messages.
