Sort pdvConnect from AT&T Messages by user
I’m looking to save some important messages. Is there a way to see all the messages from a user in pdvConnect?

Yes, the pdvConnect from AT&T messages can be sorted by many attributes including users. To do so, you will need to access the messages list by clicking on the Command Center tab at the top left of the home screen. You can then click on Communications Console, and use the filters above the messages list. See our tutorial “Sort messages by user in the pdvConnect Communications Console” for more information.
