Update the status of an assigned responsibility in pdvConnect
I need to update the status for one of my responsibilities in the system. Does anyone know how to do that?

The status can be updated by accessing the Command Center tab, and clicking the Communications Console link. Please see our tutorial “Assign responsibility and update status in the Communications Console using pdvConnect” You can also visit asecare.att.com to see more “How To” tutorials and videos.
