Business portal missing options

Business portal missing options

Ive been dealing with att business portal since it was installed 6 months ago. The option I need are not visible in my portal. Ive talked to 30 people over 6 months and no one seems to have any clue why. I have 5 lines in my business. All have individual numbers. For some reason, they all share a voicemail. Att gave me instructions on how to add individual voicemails but the option arent in my portal. Att even asked me to provide my password so they could log in and look because they started to not believe me. No clue what to do at this point, but im losing business because of this issue.
