Configure your Personal Meeting ID settings in AT&T Office@Hand settings
I was walked through setting up a personal meeting ID in AT&T Office@Hand. I tried to use it recently and was not able to. Does anyone know if I need to enable it for my meetings? If so, where do I go to do so?

Yes, you must enable the use of the Personal Meeting ID for AT&T Office@Hand instant meetings. To enable the settings, log in and click on the settings icon. Next, click on the Video tab and then on the Edit button to the right of Personal Meeting ID. Look for Use Personal meeting ID or name for instant meetings and check the box to the right.
