Premier Portal - ehy it not genterating inbound call detail reports
The premier portal is not generated inbound call data, we have not be able to run an inbound call detail report; report has no data. this started back on Jun 30 and that report cutoff 7:00 am in the morning. From 07/01/2020 until today the reports are blank (no Data). Does anyone know why the data is not being populated. the website and numbers do not get you to anyone who can help with a website issues.

Thank you for posting on the business community. If you try to generate report before 7/1 does it display?
