Run a Timekeeping Summary report for a specific AT&T Workforce Manager user

I was asked to look into one of our AT&T Workforce Manager user’s work hours. I know the system can produce reports on user activates but I’m not sure where to go to pull the work hours. Does anyone know where I should go?

AT&T Workforce Manager includes reporting on many aspects of your user’s activities. In this case, we recommend running a “Timekeeping Summary” report. Log into the web portal and then click on “Timekeeping” in the menu on the left side of the home page. Click on the “Reports” tab and then click on the dropdown under “Select Report”. The list of available reports displays and you can click on “Timekeeping Summary”. The fields on this page allow you to specify a user. Check out our tutorial “Run a Timekeeping summary report for select users with AT&T Workforce Manager” for more information.
