Unable to login to My AT&T Business phone app
I am authorized user on business account. The app won't accept my email or my AT&T Premier user ID. Says they're invalid user IDs

Hello @cajomano,
I understand you are having trouble with your AT&T business app and I would like to assist you with that. Please make sure you are logging in with your email address then the wireless number and 5-6 digit FAN pin. When typing in the e-mail address, please ensure there are no extra spaces after the .com (Please note: Some phones auto-fill in the e-mail address which adds an extra space at the end and you must delete that or type in the address manually). Also, please make sure you have the latest software version on your device. Once you have verified the software version, please turn off WiFi and try logging into the application again; while keeping the WiFi off.
