Can’t get in touch with risk management to file a claim

I recently had an internet installation where the technician disconnected my apartment’s intercom and need to get that fixed but I haven't been able to get a hold of the risk management department.

Hello @9879545454A,

I’m very sorry to hear about the trouble. Please contact Sedgwick, our claims administrator. You can reach them directly at 800-894-0374.
If a claim has already been filed, you can also track existing claims and check status at 855-462-6537.

Hello @Marflores2025,

AT&T claims are handled through Sedgwick, our claims administrator. If you need to file a new claim, or track an existing claim- call the Claim Center at 855-365-4976. You can also create a login online here: http://sm.att.com/6bde0a66.

For new claims, it is helpful to have the following information:
Location – The physical address or GPS coordinates for the location where damage occurred.
Photos – Include close-ups and wide views of the area damaged. If possible, include photos of the person, vehicle, or equipment that caused the damage. Photos can be from cameras, cell phones, or other devices.

Once the administrator receives the information, they will assign it to a claims examiner. The examiner will generally contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss the report and get additional information.

I have had a claim since March 2023 and NONE of these phone numbers help.   No one returns a call and all these numbers have recording's so you never get to talk to a person.  Has anyone hired a lawyer to get a claim paid??  I feel like that is the only option left for me.

Has anyone contacted a lawyer?  I filed a claim 3 weeks ago and haven't heard back.  Sedgwick is useless.  Their fiber optic drilled through my sewer line.  I have camera footage and a plumbers report.   The fact that my family and I can't use the restroom for this long is going to be a big lawsuit I believe.
