District Manager
I would like to know who is in charge of Senatobia MS-38668 store. When I went to this store today, it was closed due to it having 1 worker, this was at 1:59. When I went back at 2;40 and waited in line with 6 people ahead me, the clerk asked what I needed. I told her my phone in call volumn button is not working and that I purchased the phone around 10 days ago. I was told by her..I can't help you. I stated I bought the phone from At&t and this was an At&t store..she rudely said.."don't get an attitude with me." I left and drove back home and called At&t and used my speaker to listen and talk to explain what was going on. Billie from West Virginia apologized for what had happened. She spent the next 2 hrs helping me fix the phone. If an At&t rep can help from West Virginia, why not an in person at my local store. I did not get her name, she never introduced herself but she was the only one on the schedule for 2:40 today Wednesday November 13th. I have been a customer with this company for as long as I can remember. I have my cable and internet with At&t and today's store experience left a negative impression on me. I will NEVER use Senatobia MS At&t store again.
