Help with Static/Public IP Address over LTE service??

I purchased a Netgear usb aircard and am trying to get someone at AT&T to assign a public or static ip address to the device so that I can login to my location and view security cameras that i have connected to a cradlepoint router.  Despite having been told at the ATT store that this could easily be done through customer service, I have spent the last 4 hours being transferred from one rep to another with nobody having any clue as to what I'm wanting.  Can someone help me figure this out?

I have spent weeks trying to get a static IP with AT&T and taken it to the point of being comical.  I have had 0 luck getting a static IP from ATT.  I have had real good luck with VZW and dare i say it; sprint.  Both are johnny on the spot with the ip and usually a 20 minute phone call.  Good Luck with your USB card

ilans1 - Were you ever able to obtain a static IP address?  If so, can you please provide any advice/suggestions?  Thanks!  I'm not having any luck whatsoever...

I'm going through the same thing, no one knows what a public IP address is and they keep redirecting me.  I need somone to please help me out before i am forced to go to Verizon.

I also need a public or static IP address.  I have a Aircard USB modem on my account and need to access it remotely.  The private IP is causing me some problems..
