Need help returning old equipment

I am having trouble returning a Ciena 3930, Cisco ME 3400, and a big Cisco 3900. They all have ATT stickers on them but no account numbers. We are a MSP that have gathered these over the years. When I try to call to return them they want an account number but we do not have an ATT account number. Is there any way to get these returned without an account number?
